Getting Started

Go to www.GlobalMail.Ai.
Click Create Free Account.
Enter your name, desired email address, and a secure password.
Verify your email via the confirmation link.
That’s it! You’re ready to use your new inbox.

Yes. GlobalMail.Ai supports importing from Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo, and other providers. Go to Settings > Import & Sync and follow the step-by-step wizard to bring your contacts and old emails into your new inbox.

Absolutely. Our servers are optimized for global access, meaning you can create an account and send/receive email from anywhere in the world with an internet connection.

Account Management

Go to Account Settings > Security.
Select Reset Password.
Enter your current password and choose a new one.
Confirm the reset via the verification email sent to your inbox.

Go to Settings > Security.
Enable Two-Factor Authentication.
Link your mobile device or authenticator app.
Each login will require both your password and a one-time verification code.

You cannot change your primary GlobalMail.Ai email once created. However, you can:
Create a new account with a different address.
Add email aliases (secondary addresses) to your account.
Billing & Pricing (future-ready)

Yes. All users get 100% free accounts with unlimited storage and zero ads.

Currently, GlobalMail.Ai is entirely free. In the future, optional premium plans may include advanced analytics, enterprise integrations, or extra support — but free accounts will always remain free.

Once premium features are introduced, you’ll see an Upgrade option in your dashboard under Settings > Billing. Until then, enjoy all current features at no cost.
