Yes. GlobalMail.Ai supports importing from Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo, and other providers. Go to Settings > Import & Sync and follow the step-by-step wizard to bring your contacts and old emails into your new inbox.
Absolutely. Our servers are optimized for global access, meaning you can create an account and send/receive email from anywhere in the world with an internet connection.

- Go to Settings > Teams & Inboxes.

Yes. Roles include:
- Admin: Full access.
- Manager: Manage team inboxes & users.

Yes. GlobalMail.Ai integrates with Google Calendar, Outlook, and internal task reminders so teams can manage meetings and deadlines directly from their inbox.

Account Management

- Go to Account Settings > Security.
- Select Reset Password.
- Enter your current password and choose a new one.
- Confirm the reset via the verification email sent to your inbox.
- Go to Settings > Security.
- Enable Two-Factor Authentication.
- Link your mobile device or authenticator app.
- Each login will require both your password and a one-time verification code.
You cannot change your primary GlobalMail.Ai email once created. However, you can:
- Create a new account with a different address.
- Add email aliases (secondary addresses) to your account.

Billing & Pricing (future-ready)

Yes. All users get 100% free accounts with unlimited storage and zero ads.
- Currently, GlobalMail.Ai is entirely free. In the future, optional premium plans may include advanced analytics, enterprise integrations, or extra support — but free accounts will always remain free.
Once premium features are introduced, you’ll see an Upgrade option in your dashboard under Settings > Billing. Until then, enjoy all current features at no cost.
